Notes: before we get started, make sure that your iPhone 4S is running iOS 5.0 or 5.0.1.

How to jailbreak Untethered iOS 5.0.1 iPhone4S Using Absinthe v0.2 on Windows 

Step 1.  Downloads Absinthe v0.2 for Windows from here, after finishing unzip the file and then open it as an administrator.

Step 2: Connect your iPhone 4S to your computer using the USB cable.

Step 3. Once Absinthe has recognized that there is a device connected, click the Jailbreak button.

Step 4. After the program informed you that jailbreak is ‘Almost done’, go to your iPhone 4S device home screen and search for Absinthe icon then Click on it, it will will take you to a home screen
